Chinese almond milk

2 tablespoons short grain rice, cleaned
½ cup Southern Chinese almond (Sweet Chinese almond), cleaned
6 cups water
3-4 tablespoons rock sugar

1. Soak the rice and southern Chinese almond in water for 4 hours.
2. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend the mixture until it is well blended.
3. Bring the mixture to the boil at a low heat, and stir constantly until it thickens. Serve immediately.
