Taiwanese dressing


2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon white sesame oil


1. Mix all the ingredients well. You can adjust the amounts slightly to taste, and find out the balance of ingredients you prefer.
2. This dressing goes well with salads, soft tofu, conjac rolls, seafood, grilled dishes. But it's very versatile, so you should also try it with anything else you think might be suitable.

Using other ingredients to vary the flavor

To create different flavors, you can also flavor this dressing with garlic, ginger, green onion, chilies, coriander, chili paste, or chili oil and so on.
