Oven-Baked Honey Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
500g Chicken Drumsticks
4 spoonfuls honey
Extra virgin olive oil, Salt
¼ Onion, finely sliced
Rosemary, Parsley, Thyme and other herbs

How to marinate
1. Finely mix 30g of olive oil and 2 teaspoonfuls of salt in a bowl.
2. Evenly brush the mixture on the chicken, covering it completely.
3. Keep the chicken in the refrigerator, not the freezer. The olive oil protects the chicken from moisture and keeps it tender.

How to cook
1. To heat 30 g of extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan
2. Low heat frying the fish steak on both sides until brown. Transfer fish to a plate, cover with aluminum foil and keep warm.
3. Saute the onion, tomatoes and herbs, add a pinch of salt to taste, then to add on top of the chicken.

Tips
1. To avoid burning the chicken, fry it slowly at low heat.
