Black Sesame and sea salt flavoring
1 cup black roasted sesame seeds
2 teaspoon sea salt
1. Grind the sesame seeds and well mix with the sea salt in a food processor.
2. Seal the mixture in a jar, keep in the fridge. Use as soon as possible.
The can be added to blanched, stir-fried greens or soft to-fu dishes. Or it can be simply sprinkled on plain cooked rice or noodles.
