Black beans stir-fried with chives (Flies heads)



3 tablespoons of cooking oil

2 big shiitake mushroom, diced (1 cup)

110g chives, diced (2 cups)

A few chilies (optional), diced



3 tablespoons black beans

¼ cup water


  1. 1. Flavor the oil with the shiitake mushroom in a wok at low heat.

  2. 2. Stir in the chives, and turn up the heat to cook the chives.

  3. 3. Add the black beans, and chilies, and keep stir frying.

  4. 4. Add the water when the mixture gets too dry.

  5. 5. Turn off the heat when the shiitake mushroom and chives are properly flavored with the black beans.
