Sesame paste

Ingredients

Black or white roasted sesame seeds, ½ cup
Roasted peanuts, ½ cup
Black sugar, 1 tablespoon
Oil, 120ml
Salt 1 teaspoon
Instructions

1.Grind the sesame seeds and peanuts in a food processor until very fine.
2.Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well.

Additional Notes
1.The sauce can be used with noodles, blanched vegetables, and grilled meats – and as a hot pot dipping and so on.
2.Chopped garlic, ginger, chili, soy sauce, vinegar, and so on can be added into the sesame paste to create different flavors.
3.For cold noodle sauce: 2 tablespoons sesame paste, 30 cc water, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 mashed clove of garlic. After the noodles are cooked, soak them in the icy water. And then mix with the sauce.
4.You can substitute other kinds of nuts for the peanuts to create different flavors.
